Bosporus has launched a flavorful menu ‘FLAMES MENU’. Whether you crave burgers, wagyu steak or even roasted chicken, this new menu has it all with an incredible touch of Turkish flavors. Bosporus, the restaurant has earned quite a reputation delighting customers with scrumptious, fresh Turkish cuisine since 2008; it will now be serving this new fast-food-inspired menu to customers at all 7 branches in the UAE.

The new FLAMES MENU has something for everyone’s cravings.  There are many burger options to choose from such as the ‘White Snow Burger’ made with charcoaled grilled premium Angus Beef (can also be alternated with premium chicken), served with homemade buns & a mix of Turkish relishes. Those who like it up a notch can enjoy the ‘Black Sea Burger’ that comes with a premium angus patty on a ‘black bun’ seasoned with the best of secret Turkish ingredients.  The new menu also has an astonishing 24cm burger called as the ‘Big Boss Burger’. This item comes with a challenge and anyone who can down the burger within fifteen minutes gets it on the house! The Burger is made with premium angus beef, grilled to perfection, topped with lettuce, pickles, cheese and served alongside thick cut fries.

And that’s not all, the menu also offers ‘wagyu fillet mignon steak’ which is grilled to perfection & served with mushroom gravy sauce and mixed baby vegetables. If you are looking for a lighter option with more of a Turkish touch, the new menu has Stuffed Tavuk – a roasted stuffed chicken served with chicken gravy sauce and baby vegetables, & Tavuk Pilav Ustav – roasted chicken served with saffron rice, chicken gravy sauce and baby vegetables, for you to choose from!
